:: If you asked me whether I could live my life without cacao,I would answer without hesitation:

cacao lives in me. In my own quiet, devoted way, I live alongside her.

There are countless moments—ordinary days and heavy ones too—when my hands instinctively reach for a small piece of cacao or a filled cup; and in doing so, I re-live the ancient traditions that have been a bridge between Heart, Earth, and Ancestors. 

Through out my travels, spirit of Cacao has journeyed with me. Learning from the Mayans, the Bri-Bri and Balinese, I learned not just how to use cacao, but how to honor her; as sacred, as alive and as a feminine energy .

Cacao has been my lifeline and my celebration of still being here—through deep depression, profound loss, and now, the shifting terrain of my second spring.

Where my life once leaned heavily into demanding ridgidity and survival, cacao, together with vedic tantra has helped reawaken my feminine nature and create some ballance.

With the ongoing teachings of plant guides and wisdom keepers, again and again, I find remembrance—of my body,  my resilience, how to receive, how to slow, and how to hear myself.

Today, I can offer guidance by weaving in somatic awareness, transpersonal support, earth medicine and movement. Together we co-create a new narrative that empowers and nurtures a new story that supports you.
